Does my vehicle need to be running for transport?
Not necessarily, we frequently move show cars, race cars, long term projects and rare classics that aren't propelled under their own power. Our transporter is fitted with a 6 tonne winch and can handle any vehicle with ease.
What are your operating hours?
At Veloce we understand that life can get busy, which is why we operate 24/7 to ensure customer satisfaction. Once you have booked our services we are now working for you. Our unique personal experience means we can tailor pick-up and drop-off times to suit your requirements.
Will my vehicle be driven or moved during transit?
Once your vehicle is safely loaded into our transporter it is secured and locked until it reaches the destination. Our service is genuine door to door and at no point will your vehicle be moved into a holding yard or switched into another transporter.
What happens in the unlikely event of an accident?
If there ever were to be an accident that results in damage to your vehicle during transit, you will be notified immediately and an insurance claim will be submitted promptly. We are fully licensed and insured for up to two million dollars on any transit. If you require this amount to be raised to adequately cover your special vehicle please discuss this with us at the time of booking.
